Ahha Tulsa is looking for a creative, energetic and customer service-minded Guest Services Manager to join our dynamic team. The Guest Services Manager is the face of ahha Tulsa, welcoming, engaging, and exciting guests of the ahha Hardesty Center. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire portfolio of guest service initiatives at the ahha Hardesty Center, including entrance, ticketing, membership sales, gift shop sales and phone operations. The Guest Services Manager delivers world-class customer service and trains, schedules and motivates a team of 10 to 20 part time Guest Services Ambassadors. This position requires some evening and weekend work within a flexible, full time schedule.
