AHHA is looking for volunteer support to assist with:
Gallery Reception & Sales – Provides a welcoming experience to gallery visitors, including sharing exhibition and program information. Assures visitors have a safe experience, and that the facility and artwork are protected. Promotes and handles gallery and gift shop sales and merchandising.
First Friday – Assists with First Fridays, including setup, takedown, welcoming and sharing information with visitors.
Exhibitions – Assists with operational and procedural jobs such as creation of artwork labels and gallery guides, as well as installation and de-installation needs including receiving artwork, painting walls, and dismantling hardware.
Procedural Needs – Assists with general administration, including compiling visitor, exhibition and gallery data.
Programs & Events – Aids in maintenance of operational needs such as studio classrooms, inventory, and creates program-specific education materials. Also ensures teaching and exhibiting artists have necessary materials and supplies. Assists at various events as needed.
Membership – Provides membership, exhibition and program information to visitors during events. Assists with administrative duties such as organizing and updating membership materials.
