We are excited to announce our virtual summer workshop offerings!
For the health of students, teaching artists, and staff, and to maintain safe social distancing practices that reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have moved our summer classes and workshops online. Check out our virtual offerings below and find out more about how to plug-in!
Looking for art classes for children and youth? Check out our summer Creative Camps!
For most workshops, ahha Tulsa will provide contactless delivery of supplies for each registrant the week leading up to the workshop. The supplies are included in the cost of each virtual workshop and will include all the materials needed to participate.
If you live outside the Tulsa and surrounding suburb area (Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, etc.), please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an alternative supply kit delivery plan.
Some workshops require you to provide your own supplies, such as a sewing machine. See individual workshop registration pages for what supplies are included and what you will need to provide yourself.
If you do not already have a Zoom account, it is free and easy to create one! Included with your supplies (or sent via email) will be a guide to creating a Zoom account and logging into the workshop virtual meeting. A private link, meeting ID, and password will be sent via email for you to use to log in. You will want to make sure the computer or other device you use for Zoom has a camera and audio capabilities so you can receive individualized instruction from the teaching artist.
You may enroll multiple people in a household for the same workshop.
Because we are committed to maintaining small workshop sizes that offer individualized attention, our virtual camps are limited to 10 students. Each camper, even if participating in the same household, counts as 1 of those 10 seats and is required to pay full price.
Because our supply and Zoom licensing costs have increased with virtual workshops, we are only offering a member discount on some of our offerings. Check individual workshop registration pages to find out if the cost includes a member discount.
Thanks to the generosity of many donors, ahha provides class and workshop scholarships to K–12 students with demonstrated financial need. Scholarships are limited in number—apply today!
Usually, we have a no refund or exchange policy. But we get that it’s a weird time, and we’ll be flexible on our workshop refund policy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ahha reserves the right to cancel workshops due to low enrollment or other issues. In the event of a cancellation, registrants will be issued a full refund.
