Haunted Birdhouses

This class will be lead each step, through painting and adorning a birdhouse to look old, weathered and hauntingly abandoned… Or is it?  Students are encouraged to use their imaginations to add their own ghostly details. Make a fun keepsake to display during spooky season or give as a a gift to the perfect hauntingly deserving Halloween party Host!  Parents are encouraged to do the class along with younger students. *Glue guns will be used

A lifelong resident to the Tulsa area, Myretta Ballou is a dexterous artist of varied talents. Since young childhood, her imagination and limitless for learning, has fueled her need for creative expression. She is a musician, writer, painter, jewelry maker, crafter, cake artist and actress and special effects makeup artist. Myretta has been working in the Oklahoma film industry utilizing several of her skills for both commercials and movies. Her passion is to connect with others through creative collaboration and to inspire others to be empowered through artistic expression.

Class Cancellation Policy

Programs and dates are subject to change. Ahha Tulsa reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment or other conflicts. If cancellation occurs, registered participants will be contacted by ahha staff and will be refunded the full tuition. If another session is available, we will be more than happy to transfer your enrollment to that session.

With inclement weather always possible, ahha reserves the right to close and cancel any scheduled classes and programs depending on severe weather conditions. If the ahha Hardesty Center is closed, a notice will be posted on our website. You may also call 918-584-3333 to confirm.
