Classes will center around a creative theme and include yoga poses, songs, dance, games, and an art project. Children will have fun moving and grooving while also learning age-appropriate techniques for self-regulation and mindfulness. Set your young artist up for success with an open mind, healthy body, and happy heart!
Aleks Weaver Kitchens earned a BA in Dance from St. Olaf College in 2012 and danced professionally in Minneapolis before moving back to Oklahoma and serving as a Senior Educator at Discovery Lab where she created and taught health and wellness curriculum. She is a registered yoga instructor, apprentice with YogaKids International, and School & Community Programs Manager for ahha Tulsa.
Programs and dates are subject to change. Ahha Tulsa reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment or other conflicts. If cancellation occurs, registered participants will be contacted by ahha staff and will be refunded the full tuition. If another session is available, we will be more than happy to transfer your enrollment to that session.
With inclement weather always possible, ahha reserves the right to close and cancel any scheduled classes and programs depending on severe weather conditions. If the ahha Hardesty Center is closed, a notice will be posted on our website. You may also call 918-584-3333 to confirm.
