Apply or Renew Online

Join or renew your Council Affiliation.

Register based on your annual organization/project budget size.

Council Affiliations include:

  • Invitation to member networking and educational events
  • Invitation to participate in advocacy work at the city and state levels
  • Promotional support
  • Use of the Hardesty Center
  • Access to group health insurance and liability insurance
  • Ability to apply for fiscal sponsorship, for organizations without nonprofit status
  • Free admission to the Hardesty Center for 4 adults (one adult must be a named Council Affiliate)
  • First Friday Membership Benefits at the Hardesty Center
  • 10% discount in Hardesty Center gift shop
  • Consulting services and more!

Less than $100,000

$100,001 – $500,000

What to Prepare

The registration/renewal form asks for:

  • A contact person and their email or phone number
  • Your organization’s mission or your artistic statement
  • Website and social media accounts
  • Federal tax status
  • Federal tax identification number (if applicable)
  • Budget size
  • Board of Directors list (if applicable)

How to Login

You will need to register on our website in order to join or renew. Most of the current council affiliates are already registered on our website. Please use the email address you gave when you originally joined. There must be only one email address used by your organization in order to access your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it from the login page.

FAQs

There should be one email address from your organization on your Council Affiliate account in our records.  If you have forgotten which email address this is, we can look it up and send to you. Send an email to lcollins@ahhatulsa.org 

It happens. When you login with your account’s email address, there’s an option to reset the password. This will generate an email to your account’s address. Follow the instructions in this email to reset your password and then login.
