The Guest Services Manager is the face of ahha Tulsa, with the responsibility of welcoming, engaging, and exciting guests of the ahha Hardesty Center. The person holding this position is responsible for overseeing, developing, and implementing the entire portfolio of guest service initiatives at the ahha Hardesty Center, including admissions, ticketing, membership sales, food & beverage, retail, and phone operations. The Guest Services Manager delivers world-class customer service and trains, schedules, and motivates a team, including the Assistant Guest Services Manager and up to 40 part time Guest Services and Studio Ambassadors. This position requires some evening and weekend work within a flexible, full-time schedule.
