$25/1 unit per hour of residency + one-time $100/4 unit planning fee

Booking

In this residency, students will receive an introduction to basic clay building techniques including wheel throwing, coiling, and hand building as well as glaze application and firing processes. Historical and contemporary ceramic history will be woven into lessons on technique and creation, and the emphasis will be on student personal growth through technique and concept.

Time Availability

Artist is available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Class duration is flexible.

Artists in the Schools is available for use by all schools and educational institutions, public or private. Program costs are listed on individual offering pages. Tulsa, Jenks, and Owasso Public Schools teachers and staff are able to book through Artists in the Schools at no cost to individual sites because district funds have been allocated to the program. Some restrictions may apply; contact us for details.
