Each STUDIO Soirée features a private party room, admission to ahha for all attendees, and an artist-led, hands-on activity for artists ages 1-100.
Space is limited and soirées should be planned at least one month in advance. Party planners are responsible for food, utensils, and decorations as well as basic clean up after the party.

Parties will take place in a private area—usually one of the Creative Labs on the third floor of the ahha Hardesty Center.
If your group has more than 20 guests, your Studio Soirée will take place in THE STUDIO, but must take place outside of public ahha hours (Wednesday–Saturday 12:00–9:00 PM and Sunday 12:00–7:00 PM).
Yes! Ahha does not provide catering options, so you are encouraged to bring your own refreshments and necessary utensils. We have refrigerators and ice machines available for your use.
Ahha Tulsa is located north of downtown in the Tulsa Arts District. Street parking is available—visit the Tulsa Arts District’s parking website to learn more.
Admission to ahha Tulsa is not included in Studio Soirée pricing. If you would like to cover the cost of admission for your guests, you may pay admission at the time of your event. Admission is $12.75 per adult, $8.75 per child 3–12, and FREE for members.
